1. Delivery
Q. Is Delivery Free?
A. Yes delivery is free to all UK mainland customers.
Q. How soon will I receive my Contact lenses?
A. Our lenses are usually held in stock and are dispatched once we receive confirmation of your Contact Lens Specification, we will debit your credit card and dispatch your lenses immediately. You should recieve your contact lenses within 5-7 working days.
in the instance where we do not have your lenses in stock, they will be ordered from their manufacturer and then dispatched to yourself as soon as we receive them.

2. Contact Lens Specifications
Q. What is a contact lens specification?
A. A Contact Lens specification is similar to a spectacle prescription but it will specify the brand of lenses you have been fitted with, the fitting parameters and powers of your lenses. It will be signed and dated by your optician to indicate when you were fitted for lenses or when you had your last check up.
Q. I've had a sight test. Can't I just send you that and my lens packets?
A. Although the lens packets confirm the brand of lenses you wear we still need to confirm details of your Contact Lens Specification and last check up.
Q. Can I order contact lenses from you if I don't have my specification to hand?
A. Yes - but we cannot process the order until our in-house Optician has examined your specification, so you will need to obtain it and send it to us. Your optician is obliged to supply your specification. Please fax your Contact Lens Specification along with your Order Form to 020 8654 3284. Alternatively you may place an order by phone. Call 020 8698 6884 to place an Order. Lines are open 10.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday (Except Bank Holidays).
Q. Why do you need my Contact Lenses Specification?
A. Under UK law, we must have a verification of your current contact lens prescription (less than1 year) before we can supply you with replacement contact lenses.

Q. Why are your prices so low?
A. Being an on-line retailer, our overheads are much lower than a comparable 'bricks and mortar' retailer so we don't have to charge 'High Street' prices to cover our costs.
Q. What guarantees do I have when I buy contact lenses from Second Sight Online?
A. All products we sell are guaranteed. Should any product prove to be faulty in any way we will replace it, Just return the incorrect contact lenses in their original packaging and we shall replace them at no extra charge.

Q. How can I pay for my lenses?
A. You have 3 methods of payiment.
- Once you have selected the product that you wish to buy you can purchase it by credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card, Maestro, Visa Delta, Switch and Solo credit cards.
- You can print off an order form and fax it through to us along with your credit card details. Our Fax number is 020 8654 3284. 24 hours a day , 7 days a week.
- You can also place an order by telephone. Our telephone number is 020 8698 6884. Lines are open Monday to Friday between 10 am and 5:30 pm (Except Bank Holidays).
Q. Are my credit card and personal details secure?
A. Yes! All credit card transactions on our website take place via a secure server. All your credit card details are encrypted using a Thawte SSL Certificate and cannot be intercepted or duplicated. You will be prompted to accept as you are passed to a secure server to enter your card details.
