We are continuously making changes to the content displayed on this site, therefore the acceptance of these terms and conditions must be renewed every time you place an order with us. By placing an order with us, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

General

When you place an order with us, we will need to see a valid copy of your Contact Lens Specification. It is valid if the specification is less then 12 months old.

You understand that as a replacement contact lens supplier, SecondSightonline.co.uk will not fulfil your order unless you have a valid prescription.

Valid Contact Lens Prescription

You hereby certify that you have a valid prescription for the contact lenses that you are ordering. By placing an order with us, you represent and warrant to SecondSightonline.co.uk that the information entered on the Site is valid, true and matches exactly your prescription as provided by your optician.

SecondSightonline.co.uk reserves the right not to supply lenses at our discretion.

Prices and Payment

Prices of our products, services and delivery charges displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT and are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to change without notice.

We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that the product descriptions or other content on the website is accurate, complete, current or error free. However, once an order is placed, we will honour the price at the time of the order even if the rates change before delivery.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and SecondSightonline.co.uk is satisfied with the integrity of the order.

Shipping & Returns

SecondSightonline.co.uk is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order. We reserve the right not to provide goods, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time.
